General / Comprehensive Planning / Major Gereral Plan Ammendments: LVA has authored comprehensive plans for various counties, towns, communities and large private developments along with the preparation of zoning overlays and special use ordinances. Comprehensive plan elements prepared include land use, transportation, open space, design guidelines and community facilities.

Site Planning / Neighborhood Design: LVA has prepared numerous site plans over the years, including major urban core developments, vertical mixed use infill, resorts, clubhouses, hospital campuses, commercial centers, educational institutions (university, high school, elementary school), church campuses.

Master Planning / Rezone / Entitlement: LVA oversees the entire planning process from site selection, inventory of environmental elements, conceptual land use studies, final plan preparation and rezoning. Major projects include residential, commercial and industrial developments, large scale mixed use developments, and employment centers throughout the southwest.

Urban Design: LVA has provided land planning, entitlement, site planning and landscape architecture expertise to multiple small and large urban projects in the Phoenix Metro area including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, Tempe and Glendale. LVA’s staff has also teamed on revitalization projects in cities throughout Arizona and Nevada.

Campus Planning: LVA has prepared and implemented site plans for a broad range of projects including: hospitals, universities, tech-parks, high schools and elementary schools.
