Landscape Architecture

Design and Theming: LVA has been involved in the entire development process from conceptual design through construction drawings and infield consultation and supervision. Major projects include urban plazas, pedestrian malls, hospital and university campuses, streetscapes, resorts, office and industrial parks, open space, master planned communities, entry features, signage and recreational facilities.

Parks / Open Space Planning: LVA has designed small pocket parks, larger community areas and open space areas that not only preserve the natural surroundings but also employ a variety of features and activities for a mixture of users.

Construction Documents: LVA has developed the drawings and specifications for all components and systems of their landscape designs including the preservation of existing site elements, lighting, irrigation, retaining walls, entry monuments, sidewalks, trails and plant placement.
